• The Firm was instructed by the first authorised firm to be fined by the DFSA. Mr. Stuart Walker represented the company through the investigation and handled the negotiated settlement with the DFSA.
• Advised  DIFC subsidiary of a local banking group in connection with the establishment of a Shariah-compliant US$55 million distressed-property fund.
